DESKTOP SUPPORT TECHNICIAN
The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of desktop support: installing, configuring, troubleshooting and maintenance. Managing support requests using the in house ticketing system or by direct request from a supervisor and seeing all first line support request through to completion.
SALES/ACCOUNT MANAGER
As part of our new Marketing and Business Sales Initiative, we are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team. It is an ideal starting point for a long term career in Telemarketing Sales/Account Management. It is a great opportunity to set up and manage a brand new Telesales team. This team will be responsible for selling and generating revenue through IT Solutions sales and management of our existing and new accounts.
